I have been 20-30 pounds overweight since 2017 and I really want to go back. I’ve been consistently active, I run 25-50 minutes a day, lift about 2-4 times a week and have an active job. But my diet has been crap( I have made many changes over the years though) and I’ve been drinking a lot. I’ve finally gained fuel to eat right because of this viral video. I’ve basically been eating salad/protein/complex carbs (at minimum) and quit drinking for 7 days now. How do I keep it up ? Eventually motivation fades and it’s coming from a place that was hating on me.
