I start today

Currently I'm sitting at 208lbs, My goal is 165lbs, I am 5 foot 9, almost 40 and have the energy of a 20 year old, my blood pressure is crap, I'm also a smoker, which never helps, my food intakes are not that bad, lots of gatorade and powerade and lots of water, very little soda, I just need to lay off the bbq place and the pizza place and start walking again on my days off. but I work in a factory, most nights I'm constantly moving, even if it's back and forth between a machine and packing table for hours.

but the weight is not coming off, I had been down to 193, but I was doing a different job function and not really eating, soooo, yeah, not even going to get into that as that was really not healthy.

SO I need a plan, I cant eat many solid items as lacking chewers to eat with, so v8? vitamins? mmm what else. but exercising, going to start with the basics, situps, pushups, bit of walking.
